Downderry: St Nicolas

St Nicolas is part of the St Germans group Parish - four churches in one parish - and part of the benefice with the parishes of Antony and Sheviock

The church is open for regular services - please see 'Services and Events', for details

With the retirement of Rev. Lynn Parker, the parish and benefice are now in transition (interregnum). With our splendid ministry team of our curate and lay readers, we are well served to provide most of our regular and all occasional services (weddings, funerals and baptisms) but have had to stop our online services. All of the services in the benefice are detailed on our website

The church is open for private prayer.

You can read more details on our website: http://stgermansparishes.com/ or our Tideford A Church Near You site, please look at the page "When it isn't possible to go to church" for information about prayer and services at home.

For those who are not on social media, the CofE has launched a free national phone line to bring worship and prayer to people in their homes while church buildings remain closed.

'Daily Hope' offers music, prayers and reflections, as well as full worship services and is available 24 hours a day - on 0800 804 8044. Please tell people who are not on line about this.
