Patronal Festival Mass

Occuring
for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
Saint Columba, Anfield
Address
Pinehurst Road Anfield Liverpool, L4 2TZ, United Kingdom

We invite you to join us as we celebrate the missionary zeal of our patron Saint Columba.

We have a number of visiting clergy from the Diocese and beyond who will be bringing people with them from their parishes. We are joined by the choir of St Mary’s West Derby, as in times past.

The preacher is Fr Nicholas Johnson, Vicar of S.John the Baptist, Tuebrook.

The Mass will be followed by a “Saint Columba-style Reception” in the Community Centre.

Our food pantry is now open every Friday 9.30-10.45 (Doors 9.15)
The Pantry is a collaborative enterprise between us at Saint Columba, Plus Dane Housing Association, St Andrew's Community Network and Liverpool Football Club.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Saint Columba, Anfield is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officers (PSOs). Our Diocese of Liverpool’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact one of the PSOs, Jacqui Hale or Lynn Colgan, or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
